The dance company Las Pléyades Danza Contemporanea from Mexico was in Portland recently to join the Agnieszka Laska Dancers for several performances. On Wednesday, April 15, they kicked-off Portland’s Month of Mozart at the Newmark Theater (see images). Prior to that, they performed at the Majestic Theater in Corvallis (see images) and Woodburn High School (see images).
On March 31, Matthias Ziegler brought his unique approach to flute playing to Portland with an evening concert (see images). The next day, he conducted workshops and a master class at the Greater Portland Flute Society’s Flute Fair 2006. Flute Fair 2006 also included other performances, workshops, and lots of flutes and related merchandise (see images).
Our hosting service has had problems which seem largely resolved. The problems made it difficult to access this site for most of the day.
One remaining problem concerns the links to the galleries. At this time, the main gallery links still are broken. In the interim, you still can get to the galleries via http://chrisleckphotographystore.smugmug.com/.
